First Ops is a network of professionals with senior management experience in a wide variety of industries. While our backgrounds are diverse, we each have 15-20 years of business experience, superior management and consulting skills, and proven problem-solving abilities. We pay meticulous attention to detail, and understand all the operational aspects of a business. Simply put, we know how to get things done.

Meet Tina Dodge, Founder & President.

Tina DodgeTina Dodge is a business executive with over 20 years’ experience managing large cross-functional teams (up to 60 dedicated resources) in a consulting environment. She is skilled at working with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of multi-project programs. Her expertise includes extensive work with advertising/creative agencies.

Prior to founding First Ops, Tina was Director of Project Management at iCrossing (formerly Proxicom) where she operationalized and managed complex website development and maintenance programs for major corporations such as Philip Morris, Volkswagen and Toyota.

Earlier in her career, Tina spent close to a decade at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) managing Information Technology (IT) projects from requirements through implementation. Tina has a Bachelors degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech).
